We had a fantastic holiday and we are enchanted with South Africa. The recommendations you made were wonderful. We saw plenty of whales, lots of wild animals and thought the scenery, food, wine and people were great.
Les Cascades, Franschhoek Country House, The Plettenburg and Shamwari were all superb.
All in all a great holiday and thank you for your planning and booking. First class.

Directions For Drivers
From Cape Town/Hermanus/The Winelands/Swellendam/Wilderness/Knysna: Follow the N2 to Plettenberg Bay. At the Plettenberg Bay roundabout on the N2 (by the Shell Ultra City Service station), take the third exit onto Marine Way. Continue on Marine Way which becomes Strand Street. Turn left into Sewell Street, continue along this road and turn right into Church Street. The hotel is situated on the left at the end of Church Street.
From Port Elizabeth: Take the N2 to Plettenberg Bay. Turn left at the Engen Service station into Beacon Way. Stay on Beacon Way, driving up the hill, and after approx 1.5km there is a roundabout - take the second exit and continue straight onto Main Street. After 500m, turn left into Church Street. The hotel is situated on the left at the end of Church Street.

The Lookout Villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area, a well-stocked galley kitchen, a private swimming pool and garden, flat-screen TV and DVD player, satellite TV channels, and Wi-Fi.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The Sandbar is a contemporary cocktail bar and lounge that is open to residents and non-residents. 24 hour room service is also available.
