Kruger National Park
Mjejane River Lodge is perched on the banks of one of the Kruger National Park's greatest rivers - the Crocodile River - and is surrounded by tens of thousands of hectares of raw African wilderness.
From the first friendly welcome on arrival to your journey of discovery through the African bush with an experienced game ranger, to a starlit dinner around a dancing fire in the sociable boma, to the comfortable individually decorated air-conditioned bedrooms, your stay here will be special. As the African bush weaves it's magic, you will soak up a host of new experiences. You will listen to the sounds of the African bush and its deafening silence - a silence that may suddenly be broken by the whooping of hyenas or the reverberating roar of a lion, or the grunting of hippos, the trumpeting of elephants, or even the call of the fish eagle.
Activities include guided morning game drives into the Kruger Park, accessed by a private bridge over the Crocodile River. Go in search of Africa's Big 5 of the bush before returning to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, depart on another game drive, this time on the Mjejane Reserve itself.
There are 17 rooms which consist of 10 Standard Rooms, 6 Luxury Rooms and 1 Luxury Honeymoon Suite.
The rooms also all have a private patio overlooking the serene waters of the Crocodile River.
Upon returning to the lodge from a day's activities, guests are welcome to enjoy a refreshing swim in the cool waters of the outdoor swimming pool.

Finally, Mjejane...I don't know what you did but we had the most amaxing luxury room that looked out on to the river where we had the fun of watching a family of hippos, elephants and a crocodile for the whole of our stay.
