Londolozi Pioneer Camp

Sabi Sand Game Reserve

Londolozi Pioneer Camp Location Map

The classic colonial-style Londolozi Pioneer Camp is set amongst the dappled shade of 500 year old ebony trees, in the heart of the exclusive 16,000 hectare Londolozi Private Game Reserve.

Throughout the camp there is a pervading sense of history thanks to faithfully restored memorabilia of photographs, old suitcases, silver, crystal glass and gramophones. Everything about Pioneer Camp is deeply personal and provides a romantic backdrop to the adventures of a new generation of sophisticated travellers.

Londolozi was the first game reserve in the world to be accorded Relais & Chateaux status, reinforcing its commitment to luxurious accommodation, fine cuisine and exceptional service. Spectacular Big 5 game drives in this extensive wildlife area with unsurpassed leopard viewing is just part of the 'Londolozi' experience. The field guides will wow you with their knowledge, move you with their stories, and bring you one step closer to nature.

The 3 private suites have superb river views and are perfect for honeymoons and private getaways.

The spacious entrance halls are decorated with a Ralph Lauren feel, and floor to ceiling glass sliding panels frame the wilderness views beyond. The bathrooms are classic Victorian with modern accents in the marble, chrome and mahogany finishes.

This adaptable camp can also be converted into a private bush home for family groups of 6-12 people through linking glass sky walkways into interconnected family units.
