The resort has 74 rooms and suites in total.

The Deluxe Rooms are located on the ground floor of bungalows, and each has its own terrace. They are tastefully decorated in ivory tones with cotton throws, teak wood finishes and Zanzibar carvings.

The Standard/Garden Rooms are located further away from the sea, and have with a terrace and garden view.  A sofa bed in each room doubles up as a third bed, making these ideal for families.

The Suites are located on the upper floor of bungalows, and have a walk in dressing room, a large bathroom, and a large balcony with sunbeds and a covered outdoor lounge area.

General Information For Guests

All rooms have air conditioning, a hair dryer, mini bar, complimentary Wi-Fi and internet access, mosquito nets, tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, a safe and a verandah.

Additionally the suites have a walk in dressing room, a larger bathroom with large terrace, private sunbathing area and a covered outdoor lounge.

Standard/Garden rooms are located further away from the sea on the property with a terrace and garden view; Deluxe rooms are located on the ground floor; Suites are located on the upper floor with large balconies and sun beds.

There is a swimming pool, a fitness centre and a tennis court. 

There are several different restaurants and bars including a pool bar. Gentlemen must wear long trousers during dinner in the restaurants. Shorts are not permitted for men in the evening. Ladiesa re expected to wear smart-casual evening attire.

Swimwear is not allowed in the indoor dining areas or bars. Guests must wear a cover-up, kaftan, or t-shirt over swimwear when leaving the beach or pool areas

The Frangipani Spa offers a variety of treatments and therapies (additional cost).

A laundry service is available (additional cost).

The Water Club is the water sports centre located just a few meters from the Baraza beachfront directly on the award winning Bwejuu Beach, offering instruction in windsurfing, kitesurfing, and sailing.  Guided snorkelling tours with equipment can also be arranged, as can kayaking and dhow excursions. Diving excursions can also be arranged with an off-site PADI 5* Dive Centre.
