You then cross the border into Botswana and head to the only lodge in the Chobe National Park - the Chobe Game Lodge. Elephants feature largely on any activity at Chobe Game Lodge, as the largest population left in Africa occupies this northern corner between Botswana, Zambia, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Game drives in open-sided 4x4 vehicles bring these grey giants into easy reach as they drink and frolic at the water's edge in their boisterous herds.
Thrilling game drives led by qualified professional guides bring you close to hippos, buffalos, puku and other animals that gather on the banks of the Chobe River. The puku, a small rusty-brown antelope, alongside impala, kudu and red lechwe, are only a few of the common antelope found here. Naturally, lion and leopard are also found in the area.

Arrive into Victoria Falls Airport. Go through Immigration, collect your luggage and clear Customs, then make your way outside the Arrivals Hall, where you will be met by your transfer driver who will be holding a sign board with your name on it. You will then be transferred to the Victoria Falls Hotel.
For more than 110 years The Victoria Falls Hotel has been a luxury icon in Africa. This 5* classic hotel commands a prime location with dramatic views of the gorges of the Falls themselves. A private path leads to the Falls, an idyllic 10 minute walk away.
Victoria Falls - Zimbabwe
Today enjoy a full private tour of the Falls from both the Zambia and Zimbabwe sides (PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO GET A VISA TO CROSS THE BORDER - ADDITIONAL COST AND FOR GUESTS TO ARRANGE). A knowledgeable guide will take you on an unforgettable experience through the Victoria Falls rainforest, a journey that not only affords a view of one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World but provides a great deal of interesting facts about the geology, wildlife and history of Africa's most famous landmark. From Zambia, a side on view of the Falls is on offer with views into the Batoka Gorge but from Zimbabwe, you'll get a full-frontal view of three quarters of the Falls' 1.7 km wide curtain of water from viewpoints and footpaths meandering through a rainforest kept hot and humid by the spray of the Falls.
This afternoon, you will be collected for your Zambezi dinner cruise. Like the exquisite bird after which it was named, Malachite is one of the Zambezi Rivers crowning gems, offering the best dinner cruise in Victoria Falls. Guests are welcomed on board with a refresher towel and chilled flute of sparkling wine before they settle down on the top floor of the vessel for a sunset cruise before dinner. Amuse bouches and snack platters are served while the sun sinks below the shimmering surface of the Zambezi. A barman and three intuitive waiters anticipate guests needs, serving a selection of lively cocktails and imported premium spirits throughout their journey. The plush, cushioned furniture and high vantage point on the upper deck provide the ideal space to watch one of Victoria Falls famous sunsets. After the sun has sunk below the river line, dinner is served on the lower deck of the vessel, exemplifying the hallmarks of exquisite cuisine prepared on board by two Chefs. The rich aroma of locally sourced, fresh ingredients wafts around diners as the dishes are plated. This morning, you will be transferred to the border post between Zimbabwe and Botswana, where you will complete the border formalities and cross into Botswana. You may be required to change vehicles at the border, and if so, please be prepared to carry your bags a short distance between vehicles. You will then be transferred onto Chobe Game Lodge.
The only permanent game lodge situated within the famous Chobe National Park, Chobe Game Lodge is Botswana's premier venue for guests looking for a perfect base from which to explore the National Park and the Chobe River. Early morning and late afternoon game drives are conducted by expert guides in open-sided 4x4 vehicles to view the Park's spectacular scenery and abundant wildlife. Meanwhile, riverside game viewing from small boats gives you the opportunity to see the wildlife from a completely different perspective. The location inside the Park gives guests the advantage of a head start on vehicle traffic entering the Riverfront from Kasane for activities, and therefore offers a more exclusive Chobe safari experience.

After breakfast, you will check out of your room and you will be collected for the transfer back to Victoria Falls Airport, where you will check in for your flight home.
