Zulu Nyala Game Lodge is a tantalising taste of the wild in the heart of one of Africa's richest conservation regions, located in one of the largest and most diverse conservation areas in Southern Africa. Nestled between the Mkuze, Hluhluwe and St Lucia reserves, this section of paradise is home to a wide variety of game from majestic elephant, rhino, buffalo and stealthy predators to abundant plains game and a wealth of bird life.
The Zulu Nyala private game reserve provides a unique and authentic taste of the African bush in the heart of South Africa's most diverse conservation regions.
In addition to the abundant plains game (giraffe, zebra, blue-wildebeest, nyala, etc.) the reserve also has elephant, white rhino, buffalo, leopard, cheetah, hippo and a wealth bird life.
Game drives are conducted in open 4x4 vehicles by FGASA qualified and experienced field guides. Afternoon game drives continue after 'sundowners' into the early evening. Game viewing by spotlight after dark offers the chance of seeing unusual nocturnal species.
The stunning stone and thatch hilltop lodge offers comfort and hospitality with tastefully decorated rooms and suites that pay tribute to the region's magnificent ethnic heritage.
The lodge offers 40 deluxe air-conditioned rooms, all en-suite with separate bath and shower. Rooms are serviced twice daily.
Facilities include a Boma, dining room, private entertainment lounge, various bush venues, swimming pool with a pool deck and tennis court.
