All Junior Suites (Queen/King) have either 2 queensize beds or a kingsize bed, complimentary Wi-Fi, phone, sofa, air conditioning, safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities and are 63 square meters. The bathroom has a separate whirlpool bathtub and shower, and a double vanity unit.
The Turtle Bay Junior Suites can also accommodate 2 additional rollaway beds for families.
The Heavenly Family Suite is 66 square meters with the same facilities as listed above and with a kingsize bed. A 3rd person can be accommodated on a day bed.
The Wellbeing Suite is 124 square meters and has a separate living/sitting area. This suite can only sleep 2 and has a kingsize bed.
The Banyan Suite is 160 square meters and can sleep 3. It also has a separate living/sitting area and the main bedroom has a kingsize bed.
The Beachfront Suite is 195 square meters and can sleep 3 (one kingsize bed in main bedroom and a sofa bed in the separate living room).
All rooms are non-smoking.
The resort has 2 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts. There is a Spa, and the Westin Workout Studio - located on the first floor of the Westin Heavenly Spa - also includes cardio, strength and movement training facilities. Steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzis soothe tired muscles post workout.
The Marine Nature Park is adjacent to the resort and guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll through relaxing and scenic surrounds.
The Kids Club has a fully supervised indoor and outdoor playground catering to children ages 3 to 12.
Diving, snorkelling and water skiing are just some of the activities offered at te BoatHouse. Others included sailing, pedal boats, and glass bottom boat excursions.
In the evening from 18:30, a smart casual dress code is applicable throughout the resort. Collared shirts, trousers or Bermudas and closed shoes is mandatory for gentlemen.
The Beach Grill is situated right in front of the ocean and serves lunch and also hosts spontaneous lantern-lit barbecues (weather dependent). Buffet breakfasts and themed buffet dinners are hosted at the Seasonal Tastes restaurant. Mystique is a contemporary bar and beach lounge open for lunch and dinner and serving original dishes but also a selection of Pan Asian dishes. Kangan is a vibrant Indian restaurant open for dinner only. Fusion serves Japanese inspired cuisine in the evenings. The Retreat Bar is open all day and after dark, The Retreat takes on a smooth jazzy BossaNova vibe.
