General Information For Guests
All rooms have a private W/C, a desk, free Wi-Fi, in-room safe, USB and universal plugs, tea/coffee facilities, fan, mosquito nets, air conditioning, hairdryers, toiletries and a host of other amenities to ensure your comfort.
The main area consists of the restaurant, bar, outdoor infinity pool and Lookout Tower.
The Shongwe Lookout Tower is open from 06:00 until 21:00, and offers spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets as well as the rising mists from Victoria Falls. Shongwe Lookout offers the very best locally roasted artisan coffee produced in Zimbabwe, Mushe Coffee, and cocktails are served later in the day.
Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 09:00. Lunch is served from 11:00 to 14:00 and dinner is from 17:00 to 21:00. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day.
Housekeeping is done once a day and includes a complimentary change of towels.
A laundry service is available (additional cost).
