Rothman Manor is a beautiful Cape Dutch style guest house located on a private estate in the historic town of Swellendam. The estate with its 3.5 hectares allows guests accommodation options in two seperate guest houses.

The luxury and extremely spacious suites are superbly furnished in a combination of modern, European and ethnic African, and open onto a patio leading to the gardens and swimming pool. The en-suite bathrooms are a state-of-the-art Scandinavian design.

Directions For Drivers

From Cape Town: Follow the N2. When you approach Swellendam, take the Swellendam-West exit. After 1 km you will come to a 4-way-stop. Turn right into Voortrek Street. Rothman Manor is then the 4th house on the right-hand side.

From George: Follow the N2. Take the 2nd exit from the N2 to Swellendam, which is the same exit as described above.

General Information For Guests

Guests are invited to treat themselves to a soothing therapeutic massage or facial, personally tailored to each individual's needs, using pure essential aromatic oils made entirely of extracts from nature. All the treatments will be done in the private atmosphere of your suite. To avoid disappointment it is recommended to book your treatment in advance. Treatments cost from upwards of R300.
