General Information For Guests

The resort is approximately 30 minutes from Praslin Airport or 20 minutes from Baie Ste Anne Jetty.

All villas and suites offer private check in and checkout, air conditioning and ceiling fans, bedroom with kingsize/queensize bed, private plunge pool, resident's minibar and cellar, open-air balcony and deck with lounge chairs, outdoor sheltered pavilion with day bed and dining table, barbeque grill for private dining options on outdoor deck of Villa Suites, individually separate bathroom and toilet facilities, bath tubs with a view, outdoor rain shower, double walk-in closet, electronic safe, TV and DVD Player, hair-dryer, wireless internet access indoors and outdoors, bedside lighting master control and service panel and Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary tea.

Resort facilities include restaurants, bars, 24 hour Raffles Butler service, 24 hour in-villa dining, 24 hour laundry and dry cleaning, complimentary overnight shoeshine, Sugar Palm's Kids' Club (free of charge - meal payable direct), baby sitting (at cost), DVD library, international newspapers, and a spa with couples treatment rooms, hair salon, spa boutique, in-villa spa treatments.
