A large cruise boat provides a magnificent platform for sunset cruises, which are conducted daily, dependent on bookings. The cruise caters for 40 people and explores the splendour of Lake Jozini in true style. For the more adventurous guest, kayaks can be hired, which allow you to explore Lake Jozini at your leisure. Lifejackets are provided.

There is also a host of guided walks and birding trails for those wishing to explore this natural paradise. This outdoor experience captures the true natural beauty of the area, which is host to a variety of bird species.

Jozini Tiger Lodge & Spa offers 70 luxury guest rooms, accommodating 182 people through a combination of 44 Classic Rooms, 21 Family Lofts, 3 Deluxe Rooms and 2 Executive Suites.

All rooms offer unsurpassed comfort and style with breath-taking views over Lake Jozini, offering a peaceful environment to soak in the beautiful views. Each room has been tastefully decorated to give a residential feel, with a classy touch of Africa.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned and boast spacious en-suite bathrooms, offering a shower and bath. Other amenities include a DSTV bouque, a tea and coffee station, a work desk, telephone, safe and bar fridge, which is stocked on request.

Directions For Drivers

From Durban:  Take the N2 freeway heading North (sign boards will indicate Stanger). Continue directly on the N2 passing Richards Bay, Mtubatuba, Hluhluwe and Mkuze.  Travel 10 km on the N2 past the town of Mkuze and you will see a right turn indicating Jozini. Turn right at the sign board and continue for 19 km over the Lebombo Mountain Pass. As you enter Jozini, with the SAPS on the right, turn left onto gravel road. Travel a further 100m down this road until reaching the Jozini Tiger Lodge security checkpoint and gate.

From Johannesburg: Take the N4 or N12 towards Witbank and Middleburg. Follow signs to the N11 heading to Hendrina and Ermelo. Follow signs to the N2 to Piet Retief and Pongola. From Pongola continue on the N2 towards Mkhuze, following the signs to Jozini. Approximately 10 km before Mkhuze, a Jozini sign will be indicated. Turn left at the Jozini sign and continue for 19 km over the Lebombo Mountain Pass. As you enter Jozini, with the SAPS on the right, turn left onto gravel road. Travel a further 100m down this road until reaching the Jozini Tiger Lodge security checkpoint and gate.
