Just 50 meters from the white sandy Cote d’Or Beach, the 9 beautiful self-catering apartments provide the perfect gateway to one of the most distinctive islands of Seychelles - Praslin.

Cote D’Or beach is safe for swimming and offshore, the turquoise waters are teeming with living coral and over 900 species of fish, making this a superb spot for snorkelling and diving.

Beyond the beaches, the Vallée de Mai, a UNESCO protected forest up in the highlands of Praslin, is nature at its most mind-boggling and breathtaking. It’s one of only 2 places in the world where you can see giant coco de mer palms growing in the jungle. The coco de mer is the world’s heaviest nut and its mammoth palm trees grow leaves reaching over 30 metres long.

Nestling between a verdant mountainside and an azure sea, Cote d’Or Apartments seeks to introduce a new concept of living in the midst of nature on the Cote d’Or beach stretches along the island northern coast.

The complex consists of 6 one bedroom apartments and 3 two bedrooms apartments, all with the same amenities including a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and fridge.

Each apartment has a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, Wi-Fi access and a verandah overlooking the tropical garden and mountain. The apartments are scattered on the ground floor and the first floor.

Rates Include

Self-catering basis - no meals are included. PLEASE NOTE: The Environmental Sustainability Levy is not included and is payable in Seychelles Rupees direct to the hotel on check in/out.

Children Policy

Children of any age are welcome. Rates available on request.

General Information For Guests

All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, hair-dryer, satellite television, telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, en-suite bathroom with shower andamp; bidet/w.c, Wi-Fi internet access at
reception (at cost), sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, starter pack (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread butter and eggs) and a balcony.

The complex is approximately 30 minutes from Praslin Airport or 15 minutes from Baie Ste Anne Jetty.

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
