The Spier Hotel comprises 32 double-storey buildings grouped around 6 private courtyards, each with its own swimming pool. Gardens and walkways connect the rooms with the reception area, lounge, bar, terrace and restaurant.

Located upstairs in the village-style buildings are the Signature Rooms. These rooms are light, airy and tastefully appointed. The Signature Garden Terrace Rooms feature high beamed ceilings and have direct access to the pool and lush gardens as well as a shaded patio. With large picture windows, the Riverside Rooms are located upstairs and have views of the Eerste River and Helderberg Mountains. The Riverside Terrace Rooms are located on the ground floor with private patios opening out onto the garden.

There are 5 suites, all individually designed and decorated. The upstairs suites have stunning views of the Helderberg Mountains and Eerste River. The ground floor suites both open onto the gardens with a private area featuring comfortable daybeds.
