A Gentle Introduction to Kenya

Summary Of The Route and Costs

If you're a little bit hesitant about throwing your family into a full-blown safari that involves some heavy-duty travel, this trip is the perfect compromise. It's also a great way to test the waters for later family holidays.

Just outside Nairobi, you'll stay in a unique tented camp tucked away in Nairobi National Park. It’s a wilderness escape on the doorstep of a city and home to zebra, wildebeest and antelope as well as lion and leopard. After 2 nights of this 'soft' safari experience, you'll head for white sands and clear waters of the Indian Ocean, for 8 nights of perfect beach bliss. There are activities here for children of all ages and plenty of opportunities for family fun in the sun.
